Ingredients

Arnica montana, fresh whole plant juice 6x
In water/ethanol base.
Free from synthetic preservatives.
Directions
In acute cases, children under 7 years take 5 drops, children 7 to 14 years take 10 drops or adults take 15 drops every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
