What am I?
A 250ml glass bottle of organically grown NZ Hemp Seed Oil.
100% cold pressed extra virgin NZ Hemp Seed Oil. I am nutritious and delicious. The perfect compliment to a plant based diet. A great option for a plant based omega 3 food source.

I am freshly pressed from the raw seeds of the Hemp plant, this gives me a delicate, nutty flavour. I am cold pressed and produced without the use of any solvents.
The Hemp seed is nature’s most nutrient dense seed. A perfect fatty acid profile, a complete protein source that is easily digested, and contains many micro nutrients and vitamins.

Where do I come from?
I am sourced and packaged right here in the South Island of New Zealand

Why am I so wonderful?
I am made from NZ Hemp seeds which are high in essential fatty acids and meet nature’s perfect ratio of 3:1 in Omega 6 and Omega 3.
I contain GLA, an anti-inflammatory component of omega 6 fatty acids. GLA has also been shown to boost your immunity.
Better yet, unlike some other oils I have no negative effects on our marine life! This is one of The Brothers Green core values – nutrition and health for people and our planet.

How can you indulge in me?
I can be used as a nutritional supplement 15mL daily for anti-inflammatory effects. The recommended daily intake is 1-2 tbsp. Take me by the tbsp, use me to dress any delicious meal, or put me in your smoothie.
I should be used the same as high quality olive oil. Due to my delicate, nutty flavour I taste great in salad dressings, garnishes and pestos.
I’m not suitable to be cooked with due to high temperatures denaturing my good fats.

Allergens: No way! But I am packaged in a facility that also handles gluten and nuts.
Storage: I'm like a Kiwi, keep me in the dark away from direct sunlight. The fridge is best but your pantry will do.
Shelf life: I taste best fresh but I can be kept for 3 months after opening.
